These are examples to explore, not a request to share data. Suitability depends on demand, ownership, confidentiality and privacy considerations.
From possibility to a decision.
At your pace.
Tell us about your business
Start with basic information about your company and systems. No files, exports or account access.
Assess the opportunity
Explore potential relevance and identify ownership, privacy and licensing questions to review.
Explore potential buyers
If there’s a fit, we’ll help connect you with potential buyers. A match or sale is never guaranteed, and there’s no obligation to proceed.
Decide whether to proceed
Review the proposed use, scope and commercial terms. You decide whether to proceed. Once an agreement is signed and the data is accepted, payout can be as quick as 1–2 weeks, subject to the agreed payment terms.
Your data stays yours.
So does the decision.
Exploring an opportunity should start with a conversation. Any licensing process needs a clear understanding of rights, restrictions and permitted uses.
- No access to your data during the initial assessment.
- No data shared without your approval.
- Confidentiality, legal rights and privacy reviewed before a transaction.
- You decide what can be licensed and on what terms.
Could your data
be a good fit?
A short starting point for exploring the opportunity. Describe the systems you use, without sharing their contents.
Send us the basics and we’ll review the opportunity. No files, exports, or access to your business tools are needed.
Questions before you start.
Will you need access to our Slack, Jira or other systems?
No access is needed for the initial assessment. Tell us which tools you use and the types of records you hold. Please do not send files, exports, credentials or the contents of your systems. Any later preparation or sharing would require a separately agreed scope and your approval.
How is privacy protected?
We start with a conversation, not access to your operational data. Any dataset proposed for licensing must be anonymized before it is shared with a buyer, with personal identifiers and confidential details removed or excluded and re-identification risks assessed. You approve the scope and permitted uses before anything is shared.
How do you approach GDPR?
We take a selective approach: only data your company owns and has the right to license is considered. Client-owned data, records held on a client’s behalf and material restricted by contracts are excluded. Company ownership alone does not remove GDPR obligations. Any processing of personal data, including anonymization, needs a lawful basis and appropriate safeguards. Only genuinely anonymous data falls outside GDPR; simply removing names or using pseudonyms is not enough. Read the European Commission’s GDPR guidance.
Is every company's data suitable?
No. Relevance, quality, rights, confidentiality, privacy and buyer demand all matter. Having a large archive does not guarantee a licensing opportunity.
How much could our data be worth?
Value depends on the dataset’s relevance, depth, quality, uniqueness and permitted uses, as well as buyer demand. There is no fixed price or guaranteed buyer or payout. Any commercial proposal is yours to review, with no obligation to proceed.
Do we keep ownership and control of our data?
You retain ownership of your data. A license sets out exactly what a buyer may use, for which purposes and on what terms. You decide which records are included and whether to proceed; nothing is shared without your approval.
What does the initial assessment cost?
There is no upfront fee and no obligation to license your data. Any later services and commercial terms would be agreed separately.
